Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team on a flexible basis. This exciting opportunity allows nurses to provide vital healthcare services within the community, while enjoying the flexibility of choosing their working hours. Responsibilities:
- Assessing patients who have been referred due to presenting with mental health difficulties.
- Developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a degree/diploma in nursing, a minimum of 6 months paid experience as a Community Psychiatric Nurse in an UK hospital environment within the last 3 years, and full NMC registration. Additionally, a valid UK driving license and own vehicle are required.
