Are you a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and providing outstanding customer service? Do you have a deep understanding of the shared ownership and private sale markets, coupled with experience in navigating the conveyancing process? If so, you may be the ideal candidate for our Sales Consultant role at Bromford.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales operations for designated sites, ensuring swift response to all generated leads and striving to secure necessary reservations promptly, progressing the sales to exchange and completion.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  2. Nurturing leads to secure reservations and drive sales growth
  3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong negotiation skills, a thorough understanding of regulatory compliance in the property sales industry, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers, manage expectations, and prioritize tasks.

The ideal candidate will have the flexibility and willingness to travel, as the role will require attending meetings, sites, or property viewings as necessary.

This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract, and you will work Tuesday to Saturday based at our Merret Place development in Winchcombe. A basic DBS check and a full UK driving licence are required.

You will have:

  • Experience of working in a sales team environment
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • A good understanding of shared ownership and the private sale market
  • Proven negotiation and communication skills
  • Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • A current CSCS card
