Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our team at ExtraCare Charitable Trust. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with our policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid Care Certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional care and flexibility with working hours.

Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 33 days annual leave (pro rata), and a permanent contract.
