We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a residential children's home. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services and leading a dedicated team.
About the Role:- Lead a team of professionals providing supported accommodation for young people
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the residential children's home
- At least 2 years' experience in a residential children's setting
- Experience working with vulnerable young people aged 10-18
- A competitive salary of £47,500 (inclusive of location-based adjustments)
- A one-off payment of £1,750 towards the costs of new home registration
- Potential for an annual bonus of up to £6,250 based on performance
