Job Description

As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks, creating smooth shifts even in busy periods, and stirring up success for yourself and your team.

You'll also train and accredit new Baristas, keep standards high, and contribute to monthly coffee excellence scores.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Previous experience as a Barista is desirable, but not essential – we provide comprehensive training to help you achieve your full potential.
