Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at RMSpumptools. As a key member of our Mechanical division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers and internal regional sales teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to enquiries.
  • Manage and distribute emails coming into the orders inbox, ensuring prompt attention to customer queries.
  • Conduct margin analysis on quotations and present findings to the CS Manager for approval.
  • Review customer requirements with the Applications and Engineering department to ensure technical specifications are accurate.
  • Prepare Contract Reviews, including delivery details, to ensure all items, quantities, and descriptions are correct.
  • Ensure QA Plans are noted at quote and order stages, alerting relevant departments as necessary.
  • Liaise with credit control in the event of customer payment issues.
  • Purchase Order acknowledgement and expediting orders where required.
  • Participate in daily Gemba walks and weekly production meetings to update customers on milestones.
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in core MS Office programmes, particularly Excel.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Services role is highly desirable.
  • Technical aptitude for engineering drawings is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Downhole Tools/Artificial Lift Systems and EFACS is desirable.
