About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Strategist to join our team in Oxford, UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced marketing professional to take on a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.

As a Digital Marketing Campaign Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive plans to engage authors, reviewers, editors, and readers through social media and content marketing. You will work closely with our Journal Product Marketing Team and other stakeholders to develop and execute compelling, scalable integrated marketing activities that encompass digital channels, with a focus on social media and content marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital demand strategies to support division goals to grow submissions, usage, citations, and general awareness of our portfolio.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive plans to engage authors, reviewers, editors, and readers through social media and content marketing.
  • Work with the Journals, Portfolios & Related Products marketing team and Senior Marketing Manager - Partner Publishing & New Journals to develop social media and content strategies and activities to support journal/ portfolio updates, features, and other activities.
  • Ensure that all activities are a planned component of larger strategic marketing campaigns, with aligned messaging, clear objectives, and tracked metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of practical experience of developing and executing marketing strategies across a variety of digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing and paid advertising.
  • Proven capability in social media management with a proven track record of creating high-quality content that drives engagement and growth.
  • Experience in developing and executing social media and content campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Skilled in reporting, measurement, and analytics e.g., Google Analytics, in-platform reporting tools, campaign performance metrics.

We offer a competitive salary between £37,817 - £51,511 per year, as well as a range of benefits including paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, paid holidays, health insurance, flexible spending account or health care savings account, dental insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, retirement benefits, short- and long-term disability, and 4-week work from anywhere.
