KS2 Education Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our school community and contribute to the education of young learners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality teaching and a commitment to creating a nurturing and challenging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons for KS2 students, ensuring alignment with the National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive and achieve their full potential.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to create a supportive learning environment and encourage pupil development.
- Contribute to the wider school community, including involvement in school events, staff meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety practices are consistently followed in line with school policies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching within KS2.
- A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum, including assessment requirements and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- A passion for education and a commitment to creating a nurturing and challenging learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons.
