Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Autism East Midlands. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our staff, students, service users, and visitors across all our services.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead our safety efforts and provide technical advice on all safety matters. You will work closely with our team to formulate our Health and Safety strategy, develop policies, procedures, and statements of intent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on health and safety matters
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure a safe working environment
  • Provide training and support to staff on health and safety matters
