About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Dispensing Pharmacist Supervisor to join our team at MAMEDICA in Basildon, Essex. The successful candidate will have extensive experience within a relevant pharmacy setting and strong leadership skills to manage our dispensary effectively.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, overseeing the safe and effective running of the dispensary, managing queries and complaints, and meeting KPIs.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the daily activities of the dispensary team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, SOPs, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and pharmacy services.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to resolve patient queries and complaints.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the dispensary team.
