Facilities Caretaker and Cleaner

We are looking for a highly skilled Trust Maintenance and Cleaning Coordinator to join our team at Hoole Community Development Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our community centre facilities, ensuring they remain safe and welcoming for all users.
About the Role:- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our community centre facilities, including the café, library, and other areas.
- Ensure the safety and functionality of the premises, reporting any maintenance issues to management.
- Assist in setting up rooms for events and meetings, and ensure that all necessary equipment is available.
A salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum is expected, depending on experience. If you have a background in cleaning and caretaking, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
Hoole Community Development Trust is a registered charity that operates from Hoole Community Centre, a vibrant hub of activity in the heart of Chester. Our community centre houses Hobson's Café and Hoole Library, offers rooms for hire, and provides a range of social initiatives to enhance the lives of our community.
