Compassionate Care Specialist

Are you a caring and compassionate individual looking for a rewarding career in care? We are seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at Home Instead. As a Live-In Care Professional, you will be working closely with our clients to provide personalized support and companionship, helping them to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest.
About the Role:
We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, and understanding, with a passion for delivering high-quality care. Your duties will include assisting our clients with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication support. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe living environment, and providing emotional support and companionship to our clients.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work, including being willing to work on a long-term basis and adapting to changing circumstances. Enhanced DBS checks will be carried out, and all applicants must be over the age of 18.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including paid training and a generous holiday allowance. As a Live-In Care Professional, you will be provided with a separate room to stay within the client's home, and meals will be provided. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients and make a real difference to their lives.
