Job Description: As a Control Panel Wiring Supervisor with our client, you will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring workplace safety, and driving team performance to meet business objectives.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating a team of skilled wiring technicians, assigning tasks, and prioritizing workloads to meet production deadlines.

About the Team:
  • Work closely with a team of approximately 10 technicians.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.


Requirements:
  • BTEC, City & Guilds electrical qualification, or equivalent recognized apprenticeship in electrical engineering.
  • Expert ability to interpret and work from complex electrical schematics.
  • In-depth knowledge of control panel build, wiring techniques, and component selection.


Compensation: The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
