We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wordings Specialist to join our Global Broking Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our clients to meet their goals, while helping us achieve ours.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of policy wordings within the Casualty environment, gained ideally from a broking environment, but also potentially from within Legal, Claims, or Underwriting sectors.
This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of office-based and remote working. You will work closely with our Global broking teams in London and be part of a diverse and inclusive team that values trust, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that wordings are unambiguous and concise, taking ownership of rejected wordings and working closely with brokers and clients to resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to the development of our product portfolio by ensuring facility wordings are in the optimum possible position.
- Develop cross-team and internal relationships, collaborating on special projects to support our brokers in implementing tailored client solutions.
- Strong experience and knowledge of wordings and technical requirements relating to London Market placements, combined with a commercial approach.
- Excellent industry networking skills and knowledge.
- Able to prioritize workload, lead projects, and complete tasks within timescales.
