Role Overview

Step Teachers is working with a school to find a dedicated Primary School Teacher to join their team on a supply basis. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and passionate educator looking for flexible teaching opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lessons based on the KS1 & KS2 curriculums, ensuring a well-structured and organised classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to support the holistic development of students.
  • Assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
  • Comply with the school's policies and implement them effectively.

Requirements

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
  • Have recent mainstream primary school-based experience.
  • Demonstrate a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
