Special Vehicle Quality/Homologation Senior Engineer

Job Type: Contract (15 Months)

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our client's Pro Special Vehicle Engineering Team, developing special vehicles based on their commercial vehicle product line-up.

  • Develop and implement vehicle operations quality processes, encompassing body, paint, electrical systems, and more.
  • Ensure homologation and type approval for vehicles with added content, meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee facility installations and requirements to deliver vehicle quality standards.
  • Develop and implement roadmaps for quality improvements, coaching the team through change.
  • Lead prototype and manufacturing quality initiatives, with expertise in ISO 9001 in an automotive business.
  • Manage and implement quality leadership experience in special vehicles, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent.
  • Master's degree in a relevant subject.

Work Arrangements:

  • 5 days on-site work.
  • UK travel required for customer issue resolution.
