We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Portfolio Specialist to join our team and manage a large and diverse portfolio for a high-profile government client.

This role combines operational property management expertise with strategic client engagement, delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure cost-effective operations and uninterrupted use of client premises.
  • Tenant Relationships: Maintain relationships with tenants for sublet properties.
  • Lease Exits: Develop strategies for leasehold and freehold property exits.
  • Compliance: Provide guidance on lease events, compliance, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Estate Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of commercial property experience.
  • Strong understanding of property management legislation.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
