Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Early Years Education Specialist to join our team as a Peripatetic Childcare Professional. This role involves working across multiple settings in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Dursley, and Chepstow.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting staffing requirements at our PATA Managed Groups. This includes providing high-quality care and education for children, working closely with setting teams to achieve this goal.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our young learners. Your expertise and passion for early years education will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional outcomes for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting staffing requirements at PATA's Managed Groups
  • Providing high-quality care and education for children
  • Working closely with setting teams to achieve shared goals
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of Level 3 qualification in childcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to multiple settings within the designated area
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, which is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide access to our excellent training program, long service leave, and other benefits that support your personal and professional growth.
