About the Role:

The primary function of this role is to support the growth of our customer base and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

  • Represent customers' interests and provide unbiased advice to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Efficiently use our Company CRM system to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer complaints and issues.
Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospect clients who have enquired via our website to discuss their requirements and develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.

• Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, sales processes, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and sales processes.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales strategies remain effective.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Fluency in German language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
