Job Title: Mobile Plant Fitter

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + Overtime paid at increased rate

Rota: Monday to Friday, days

Location: Newbury

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Plant Fitter to join our expanding team at Engineered Connections Limited. As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, fault finding, and inspections of a range of equipment, including excavators, dumper trucks, telehandlers, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine maintenance and repairs of heavy plant equipment
  • Fault finding and inspections to ensure optimal performance
  • Performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Collaborating with colleagues and clients to provide technical advice and assistance

Requirements:

  • Qualification in plant maintenance or agriculture (NVQ/City and Guilds ideal but not essential)
  • Previous hands-on experience working on heavy plant equipment
