As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, creative desserts and pastries for our guests. Responsibilities:
  • Creativity is key in this role, as you will be responsible for designing and implementing new pastry menus
  • Work closely with the Executive Head Chef and Head Chef to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage a team of Chef de Partys and Commis to ensure that food preparation and cooking meet the set standards
  • Assist with menu planning, food costing, and inventory management to ensure the highest quality of food is served

Requirements:
