About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to ensure efficient machine operation.
  2. Perform routine maintenance and respond promptly to equipment faults.
  3. Identify root causes of breakdowns and perform necessary repairs on various equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  4. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
  5. Manage maintenance tools, equipment, and stores, and monitor maintenance costs.
  6. Oversee supply stocks and waste disposal processes.
  7. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings, single and three-phase systems, and machinery operations.
  8. Proficiency in using manual machinery to produce custom parts for equipment improvements.
  9. A deep foundation in mechanical engineering coupled with strong electrical skills.
Benefits and Working Hours
  1. Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
  2. 22 days holiday + Bank holiday.
