Caregiver for Children

Fernleigh House is a leading provider of specialist care services, and we are currently seeking experienced Caregivers for Children to join our team. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the children we support receive the highest quality care and attention. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing tailored support plans, building strong relationships with service users, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. A full UK driving license and experience in care settings are highly desirable, although not essential. In return for your dedication and hard work, you can enjoy a competitive salary of £42 per hour, with additional sleep-in shifts available at £60 per night (£2,760 per annum). You will also benefit from funded training, progression opportunities, and a range of other perks, including a company car and eligibility to sign up to the Blue Light discount Card.
