Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist - Turning Specialist to join our team at Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC Turning Machines for the production of aerospace components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Programming CNC 2 & 3 axis lathes with live tooling online via Fanuc controls

- Setting and production of first off's to ensure requirements are met and standards / tolerances are repeatable,

- Running multiple machines as required,

- Producing machine set-up documentation,

- Identifying and developing new processes and striving for continuous improvement in CNC machining,

- Providing assistance to production management when required to develop and implement technical solutions to production related process issues,

- Liaising with Engineering / Quality departments to ensure Company procedures and quality assurance is always maintained,

- Ensuring a high standard of housekeeping is maintained at all times,

- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of a safe working environment and observing published Health and Safety procedures,

Requirements:

- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at grade C or above - Desirable

- Programming training courses - Desirable

- CNC programming, setting and operating experience of both 2 axis and multi axis lathe to 0.

- Experience in Aerospace Industry - Desirable

- Computer literate and methodical

- Exceptional at building relationships

- Exceptional Planning and Organisation skills

- High awareness of Productivity and Quality
