Clinical Team Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Team Manager to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a diverse group of staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of staff to deliver high-quality care to children and young people
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Develop and implement service plans to improve outcomes for children and young people
- Work closely with other teams and agencies to ensure seamless care pathways
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective service delivery
