About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Funding Administrator to join our busy Research team at Worldwide Cancer Research. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the processing of funding applications, their review by external experts, and the administration and financial management of resulting awards.

Our Research team is dedicated to starting new cancer cures and saving lives. We are committed to ensuring that our work is inclusive and accessible to everyone, and we strive to create a diverse and welcoming environment for our staff, supporters, and the researchers we fund.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the processing of funding applications and their review by external experts
  • Administer and financially manage resulting awards
  • Support the Research Funding Manager in the coordination of research projects
  • Collaborate with the Research team to ensure the smooth operation of research projects
