About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including toys, games, and other products
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, including stock replenishment and display maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Participate in stockroom organization and maintenance, including receiving and processing deliveries
Requirements
  • Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Approachable and confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physically fit, with the ability to lift and move stock, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and processes
