Pastry Chef de Partie Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at THE PIG Hotels (Home Grown Hotels). As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing one of our Pastry sections, leading a team of junior staff, and contributing to the creation of our menus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of junior staff to achieve high-quality pastry production.
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
  • Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation in the pastry section.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new menu concepts and promotions.
