Site Management Expert Wanted for Northwest Construction Projects

V7 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to work with one of our regional contractors in the northwest, handling commercial and residential schemes.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience managing internal subcontractors (1st Fix / 2nd Fix / Snagging) and hold relevant certifications such as SMSTS and CSCS Card. A driving license is also required.

The successful Site Manager will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating trades and labour for internal packages
  • Monitoring site performances against the programme
  • Reporting directly to the Project Manager on site
  • Conducting inductions and toolbox talks
  • Maintaining high health and safety standards
