Job Description

Mercury Hampton is seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of CNC programming and operations, as well as experience with machining and milling tasks. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality control standards and maintaining machines.

We offer a competitive salary of £18 per hour, which is estimated based on industry standards in the UK. If you have a strong background in precision engineering and quality control, and are passionate about delivering high-quality products, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and program CNC machines to produce high-quality parts
  • Conduct machining tasks using various machine tools
  • Ensure quality control standards are met through regular inspections and testing
  • Maintain and repair CNC machines as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of CNC programming and operations
  • Experience with machining and milling tasks
  • Quality control knowledge and certification (ISO 9001)
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
