Commercial Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our team at Artemis Human Capital. As a key member of our commercial team, you will provide administrative support to our commercial team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the commercial team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Collate and present key field sales reports using MS Excel, highlighting trends and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations using PowerPoint, showcasing our products and services to customers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate sales team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the team.
  • Disseminate information across the teams, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate brand events and customer trade shows, showcasing our products and services to a wider audience.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the FMCG or supply chain sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with different departments and senior management.
  • Detail-oriented approach, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
