Job Title: Planned Preventive Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Engineer to join our team. As a PPM Engineer, you will be responsible for performing routine checks, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks across all rooms and shared spaces to ensure the highest levels of guest comfort and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance for all fixtures, fittings, electrical systems, and HVAC units in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Inspect and service lighting, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance in all spaces.
  • Regularly check and maintain door locks, safety equipment, and guest room amenities such as minibars, safes, and entertainment systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from housekeeping and front-of-house teams to address guest concerns related to room conditions.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work completed, including parts used and service dates, and report findings to the Engineering Manager.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities in guest rooms and public areas comply with safety regulations, hotel policies, and local building codes.
