Igloo is seeking a highly skilled Mechnical Technologist to join our team

We are a leading provider of vehicle preparation services, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us deliver exceptional results. As a Mechanical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

About the Role:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role.
• Expertise in vehicle diagnostics and repair, including EV systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.

Benefits:
• A competitive salary: £40,000-£42,500 per annum (approx.) + bonus & uncapped overtime.
• 28 days holiday, rising to 30 after 3 years' service and 33 after 5 years continuous service.
