About the Job

The Programme Administrator role at Imperial College is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our international fellowship and placement initiatives. You will be responsible for managing administrative systems, supporting fellows in relocation and settling in, and ensuring an excellent onboarding experience.

This busy office environment requires proven experience of managing various tasks, prioritizing workload, and meeting deadlines across multiple projects. As a key point of contact, you will work with HR, compliance, and departmental administration contacts to provide visa and enrolment information and advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing programme administration, including onboarding processes and logistical coordination.
  • Supporting fellows in relocation and settling in, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Providing visa and enrolment guidance, working closely with HR, compliance, and departmental administration contacts.

What We Offer

  • A highly competitive salary of £41,000 - £46,000 per annum, reflecting the value of your skills and experience.
