Procurement Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Business Partner to join our team at Reed. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a successful medium-sized organisation that is part of a well-established larger group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the procurement of works, services, and supplies to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Manage regulatory compliance and contract negotiations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to foster strong relationships and drive process improvements.
  • Monitor and refine supplier performance and risk management to mitigate potential risks.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of procurement strategies and processes, with a focus on cost savings and efficiency.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Experience in the construction/engineering/building works sector is an advantage, but not required.
  • CIPS membership or working towards it is highly desirable.
