Quantity Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Cavendish Professionals, working with a specialist Utilities & Rail client based in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control project costs, ensuring accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, including cost analyses and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 4+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar contractor environment.
  • Proven experience working within Utilities or Civil Engineering sectors.
  • Valid car driver's license (desirable).
