Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner with expertise in Credit Card/Vision Plus to join our team at N Consulting Ltd. As an Agile Product Owner, you will play a key role in driving the success of our projects by creating and maintaining the user stories backlog, connecting with cross-functional teams, and prioritizing tasks to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain the user stories backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with business goals.
2. Collaborate with the System Architect Engineering team, other Product Owners, and Product Managers to develop and groom the team backlog.
3. Prioritize and sequence user stories according to business value or ROI, ensuring the team is working on high-impact tasks.
4. Assist in elaborating features into user stories, including acceptance criteria that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint.
5. Communicate the vision and goals to the scrum team at the beginning of every PI and Sprint, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same objectives.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Agile Product Ownership, with a strong background in Credit Card/Vision Plus domain expertise.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions that drive business value.
