Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Holiday Club Play Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of activities during our Fun Weeks in the school holidays at Windsor Leisure Centre, Windsor.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children and be able to create a positive learning environment. They will also be able to challenge and engage children appropriately and deal with any first aid/emergency situation that may arise.

About Us: Let's Play are a childcare provider based in the South East of England & Midlands, with a clear philosophy of ensuring everything we deliver to children is Fun, Inclusive & Educational. We have an outstanding reputation of delivering fun holiday camps suitable for all children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sessions that are challenging, realistic & fun for primary-aged children
  • Create a positive learning environment for the children in our care
  • Deliver the coaching programme to a high standard consistently.
  • Follow our coaching philosophy, ensuring everything we deliver is: Fun, Inclusive & Educational
  • To understand the individual needs of the children in our care and challenge/engage them appropriately.
  • Deal with any first aid/emergency situation
  • Approachable in liaising with parents/carers
  • To be committed to ensuring every session is delivered to the best of your ability.

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
