Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Leamington Spa Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.
About the Role
As a Senior Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery, including leading and managing a team of practitioners, conducting observations and assessments, and developing and implementing individualized learning plans for our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education
- Conduct observations and assessments to inform individualized learning plans
- Develop and implement learning plans to meet the needs of our children
- Ensure the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for all children and staff
- Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve our goals and objectives

Requirements
