About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team as bank staff. As a bank staff member, you will be placed in various early years settings across Eastbourne, Hailsham, and Heathfield, working with children aged 3 months to 5 years. You will have the flexibility to work in your desired location and around your own commitments.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the early years settings, working where required, to ensure the environment is safe and engaging for children.
- Assist with setting up and tidying the room, playing with children, and helping with daily activities.
- Work collaboratively with other nursery staff to provide high-quality care and education.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner or unqualified nursery assistants with recent relevant experience.
- Reliability, adaptability, and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Get:
