Key Responsibilities- To assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for patients in their homes and community settings.
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including GPs, consultants, and hospital nurses, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- To provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and well-being in the community.
- Registered General Nurse qualification.
- Teaching qualification ENB 998 (desirable).
- Experience of working in a community setting (advantageous).
