Key Responsibilities
  1. To assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for patients in their homes and community settings.

  3. To provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and well-being in the community.
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse qualification.
  • Teaching qualification ENB 998 (desirable).
  • Experience of working in a community setting (advantageous).
