About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wastewater Modeller to join our Water Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional water services to foster a resilient, eco-friendly, and thriving Northwest.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical development and delivery of wastewater catchment strategies and solutions, including hydraulic modelling and analysis, model use studies, optioneering, and cost-benefit analysis studies.
  2. Awareness of solution feasibility and buildability engineering factors.
  3. Ensuring quality of outputs and compliance with standards, specifications, and governance requirements.
  4. Line Management of project team members, including day-to-day leadership, direction, workload planning, and prioritisation.
  5. Working knowledge of relevant legislation and water industry regulation.
  6. Ability to manage small to large projects/packages and programmes of works.
  7. Deep expertise in hydraulic modelling, catchment planning, and/or related wastewater infrastructure areas.
  8. Proficiency in MS 365 applications, including advanced Excel, PowerBI, and SharePoint.
  9. Working knowledge of GIS Systems, including MapInfo, ArcGIS, and QGIS.
  10. Experience using FME, Optimatics, and Python would be an advantage.
