About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at ba&sh. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in the management of the store, including staff supervision, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer service excellence.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
