Care Assistant Professional

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Support Care Practitioner to join our team at Gregory House in Workington. As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will provide care and support for individuals with complex needs.
In this role, you will work alongside a supportive team to promote independence, dignity, and well-being for our service users.
The salary for this position is up to £13.07 per hour, including a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave. You will also receive weekly pay and two weeks of paid induction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with challenging behaviour and high support needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver effective care plans and promote independence
- Maintain accurate records of service user interactions and progress
- Participate in mandatory training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
