Job Title:

Consultant in Adult Community Psychiatry

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled General Adult Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Cpl UK Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services. The successful candidate will work full-time or part-time hours per week, based in Uxbridge, West London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose patients' mental health needs, providing expert care and guidance.
  • Act as Responsible Clinician for patients on community orders, preparing reports and attending relevant hearings.
  • Offer phone advice to clinical staff, ensuring seamless communication and support.
  • Be available for emergency visits, participating in Mental Health Act assessments as required.
  • Provide supervision to trainees within the team, promoting their professional development.

  • A competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • A medical degree and registration with the GMC.

  • Proven experience working in adult community psychiatry, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
