About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR professional to support our Head of People across all aspects of HR administration, with a particular focus on wellbeing and EDI.

This is a 15-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining our HR systems and supporting our inclusion and wellbeing strategies
  • Supporting line managers across the business, answering questions and offering advice
  • Reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure they meet best practice standards

Requirements

We are looking for a personable HR generalist who takes a measured approach to their work. You will need a good knowledge of HR legislation and experience of implementing continuous improvement.

Ideally, you will have worked in a small HR team or as a standalone HR professional in a small SaaS business.
