We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team at POP MART in London. This exciting role will be based in one of our Westfield Stratford S stores, where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

As a Retail Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff supervision. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer issues or complaints in a professional manner.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
  • Train and supervise the sales team to ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Closely monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team and management for replenishment
  • Own visual merchandising and ensure the store tidiness and cleanliness are maintained at the highest level
  • Manage the cashier point's daily opening and closing procedures
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
  • Assist in recruitment, evaluation of potential candidates' performance, and training new team members
  • Perform administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and sales reporting

Requirements:

  • 2+ years fulltime experience in store management level
  • Fluent in professional English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive with strong customer service skills to provide a memorable shopping experience
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising a team
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and reporting
  • Effective time management and task prioritization abilities
  • Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and inspire others
