**Senior Automotive Electrification Expert**

We are seeking a highly experienced Automotive Electrification Expert to join our talented team at Recruit 12 in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As a key figure in our innovative engineering business, you will be working on cutting-edge electric vehicle powertrain technology.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in technical design and development, with a proven track record of taking on project and team leadership responsibilities. You will play a critical role in designing and developing vehicle systems, from requirements to delivery, including architecture, wiring, systems integration, control software, etc.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

  • Leading vehicle-level system architecture design
  • Developing and implementing HV, LV and communication systems
  • Ensuring electrical systems integration
  • Conducting thorough safety analyses
  • Crafting embedded control software
  • Overseeing testing, calibration and validation

**Required Skills and Knowledge:**

  • Advanced vehicle systems architecture design
  • Expert CAN/LIN design/analysis
  • Wiring loom design and implementation
  • Extensive data logging and analysis capabilities
  • Electronic system test, calibration and validation expertise

**Estimated Annual Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 (dependent on experience)**
