Job Opportunity: Tutoring Children on a 1:1 Basis
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced tutor to join our team and provide high-quality education to children on a 1:1 basis. As a tutor, you will have the opportunity to create and plan engaging sessions that cater to the individual needs of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tutoring Children: Provide personalized education to children on a 1:1 basis, focusing on their academic needs and goals.
- Session Planning: Create and plan engaging sessions that promote learning and development.
- Child Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to understand the child's needs and plan sessions accordingly.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and track the child's progress, identifying areas of improvement and planning next steps.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in tutoring children on a 1:1 basis is essential.
- Behavior Management: Ability to use effective behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
- Progress Monitoring: Ability to track progress and plan next steps in children's learning.
- Session Planning: Ability to plan, create, and teach engaging sessions that promote learning and development.
Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: £20 - £30 per hour or above, depending on experience.
