About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our Tax and Succession team as a Private Client Solicitor. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice to high net worth individuals and families on estate planning, succession, trusts, and asset protection.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling estate administration, drafting legal documents, and collaborating with other teams and experts to provide fully integrated holistic advice to clients. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement effective solutions to complex legal issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on estate planning, succession, trusts, and asset protection to high net worth individuals and families
  • Handle estate administration and draft legal documents
  • Collaborate with other teams and experts to provide fully integrated holistic advice to clients
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex legal issues
Requirements

We are looking for a Solicitor with up to 4 years PQE and a strong interest in people and their affairs. You will need to be a full STEP member or be willing to complete the STEP diploma (fully funded). English & Welsh qualified solicitors will also be considered.

You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with clients.
